Black History Month events at Hanover

Hanover Presbyterian Church is hosting a great series of programs to commemorate Black History Month. This Saturday at 10:00, a three-person drama by Andre Jones will explore race, class, culture, and the justice system.  As Dr. King said, “Justice is what love looks like in public.”

The vespers and should food luncheon—a 20-year tradition at Hanover—look great as well.

Thanks to Pastor Andy Jacobs for passing this along to the Movement for a Culture of peace community.

These events should be posted on our shared Cease Violence Google calendar. I entered the first (this Saturday’s event).
